MiaRec Announces Latest Cloud Call Recording Offering

MiaRec announced a new cloud call recording and interaction management solution for service providers who utilize BroadSoft Business BroadWorks call control platform. The new solution will be introduced at BroadSoft Connections next week in Phoenix, Arizona.

The latest addition of MiaRec Cloud lets service providers offer call recording along with advanced contact center performance management solutions, without having incurring a major capital investment or an additional maintenance fee.
