Avaya and BT Wholesale Bring Personalized Cloud to Mid-Market

October 13, 2017

Avaya announced the UK launch of ACS Select, a new offering from the Avaya Cloud Solutions delivery platform. Securely hosted on the BT Wholesale network, it will deliver mid-market businesses the capabilities typically reserved for larger enterprises.

The goal is to transform customer experiences via a personalized and tailored cloud experience. Typically, mid-sized corporations have been cautious towards migrating existing on-premises infrastructures to the cloud. But, the personalized experience will allow for voice, video, messaging, and customer contact applications, all on a single platform.

BT Wholesale and Avaya have meshed BT’s ultrafast high-performance Ethernet network with Avaya’s IP Office Cloud and Contact Center Select solutions. It further demonstrates what the partnership has to offer. As for ACS Select, its offerings will include enhanced functionality, ‘out-of-the-box’ carrier-grade resilience and a variety of opportunities to personalize the customer experience.

Intelligent call recording is a key addition,  which is highly useful for financial institutions that require compliance monitoring, to ensure standards and directives are being carefully followed, including MIFID PCI-DSS regulations.

Diverse implementation options include hybrid more traditional on-premises models, and BT and Avaya will aid companies when it comes to managing funding. By utilizing a pay-as-you-grow model, companies can ensure quick customer response and an ability to grow revenue, while continually improving the customer experience. Customers are the heart of any company and brand loyalty through customer service has become instrumental to success.

Advanced Contact Center capabilities with compliance monitoring and reporting ensures mid-sized ventures have the same benefits large enterprises have long enjoyed. Customizing options does not hurt and helps level the playing field.
