October 06, 2017

AudioCodes has enhanced its One Voice for Microsoft 365 solution. New are call recording, CloudBond 365 hybrid and Cloud Connector Edition solutions, IP phones, management capabilities, Microsoft Exchange Online Unified Messaging integration, and room solutions.

"Our journey with Microsoft has been very rewarding as illustrated by the adoption of AudioCodes technology in global enterprises and managed services offerings by some of the world's largest service providers and systems integrators," said Nimrode Borovsky, vice president of global marketing at AudioCodes. "We are aligning with Microsoft's vision of enhancing the communications experiences of businesses, whether large, medium, or small."

The 445HD is a new IP phone from AudioCodes. It has a 4.3-inch color display and an integrated sidebar. It was designed to meet the needs of new knowledge workers. AudioCodes now also offers the 450HD expansion module, which enables easier speed dialing, offers presence detection with picture, and features touch screen integration.

CloudBond 365 allows AudioCodes users to bring Skype for Business to their Microsoft Office 365 deployment. CloudBond 365 CCE edition supports media bypass for end to end SILK-based HD voice services. And CloudBond 365 CCE Hub solution supports centralized CCE deployments and hosting for multi-site enterprises.

AudioCodes also introduced the X-UM Solution for connecting PBX or IP PBX solutions to Microsoft Exchange Online. This product helps address the fact that starting next July Microsoft will no longer support the use of session border controllers to connect third-party PBX systems to Exchange Online Unified Messaging, or UM. The AudioCodes X-UM offers HA options, and support for TDM or IP PBX.

The company also has come out with its Firmware v3.0.4 release. This software has a new Microsoft UI style guide and support for online Common Area Phone.

• emergency calling enabled with location-based routing,

• heightened integration between element and service management via a single pane of glass,

• multi-tenancy support,

• One Voice Operations Center management and operations suite for UC
