SIP Print Brings Call Recording to nexogy

Miami, Fla.-based nexogy was founded in 1999 and has been offering communications services since 2004. The company offers VoIP and business Internet services across the U.S. for more than 3,000 clients.

For both small and medium-sized businesses, it provides the power to manage all of their communications from anywhere, at any time.

Aside from being recognized as one of South Florida’s fastest growing technology companies, perhaps what nexogy is best known for is introducing PIN-less cards in Latin America and being one of first to offer it in the U.S.

I took some time recently to catch up with Oliver Verde, Marketing Director at nexogy to hear about the company and its recent partnership with call recording provider SIP Print.

Verde noted that the company was in a unique position to offer benefits over the competition because it owns and operates the technology behind the scenes, entirely.

“Unlike other VoIP providers, we do not use someone else’s network infrastructure to operate the phone systems.  At nexogy, we have our own cage in the NAP (Network Access Point) of the Americas. This means we have full control of the quality of the phone system.”

In a bid to answer the call for recording options from its customers, nexogy recently partnered with SIP Print. The company’s call recording solution was a perfect match for its needs as customers were asking for on-premises equipment that would allow them to meet security and compliance requirements.

Verde noted that it made sense to bring in a partner with this offering since, “Call recording for security and compliance will always be in high demand and will only continue to grow as companies realize it is not expensive to record or store calls.”

The partnership will also be beneficial for nexogy in the future as Verde noted there are plans for even more market expansion throughout the rest of 2016 and in 2017.
