Call Recording Week in Review: Calabrio, Dubber, Versadial

Welcome to the latest version of Call Recording Week in Review where we highlight all the biggest headlines from this past week in the Call Recording space.

This week, Dubber announced that it has signed an agreement with Simetric Telecom to provide UC services for fixed and mobile telecommunications.

Per the agreement, Dubber will provide its call recording service as an add-on feature in the company’s Mobile-X offering. This will ensure mobile call recording for domestic and international roaming services is possible.

“There has always been a demand for this unified solution, whereby calls can be recorded across multiple devices and across international boundaries and, together with Dubber, we can now provide it,” said John Murray, director, Simetric Telecom.

Also this week, Calabrio announced that its new Calabrio ONE cloud suite now offering contact centers recording options.

Calabrio ONE is a a multi-tenant system for the contact center, so users have better access to tools even on non-phone channels.

In other call recording news, Versadial announced an update for its VSLogger offering to provide visualization in call recording.

The recent 4.7.2 update to VSLogger offers a graphics-based view of call volume and overall activity each day and makes it easy to visually see what needs to be done, what needs fixing and spots other trends to improve the overall organization and operations.

Finally, if you’re into Pop culture, then you probably heard about the feud that happened a few months back between Kanye West, Kim Kardashian and Taylor Swift. It was a he-said, she-said mess that included a recorded conversation that was done with a participant not knowing they were being recorded.
