New Partnership Brings TCN and InterProse Corporation Together

The account receivables of a company have to be managed accurately to ensure the long term operational success of the organization. If the funds are not collected in a timely manner, it can result in financial hardships that limit growth and make it difficult to capitalize on new opportunities as they come along. The new partnership between TCN and InterProse Corporation is going to bring together two solutions from both companies to increase the recovery rates of account receivables, while streamlining the management of payments with accurate reporting.

As a global cloud-based call center technology provider for enterprises, contact centers, BPOs and collection agencies, TCN will provide its Platform 3.0, a suite of call center technologies in this partnership. Platform 3.0 will merge together with WebAR, the InterProse debt collection platform designed to increase collection rates.

With Platform 3.0, companies will have the tools to automate time consuming tasks such as looking up accounts, dialing and leaving messages. The inbound, outbound and blended solutions it provides are integrated seamlessly with CRMs and collection software along with other applications, which includes API tools to simplify account updating.

The Web-based UI and services further simplify dealing with call lists, busy signals and uninterested parties with professionally recorded messages to their customers. It can be merged with the right sets of data so customers can have the option of paying through the phone or an Internet portal.

WebAR is a cloud-based debt collection platform designed for collection agencies, debt buyers and collection attorneys. It also gives original credit grantors, health care providers, retailers, government agencies and others an affordable and efficient application to process payments and manage accounts receivable. These organizations can use WebAR to process payments, client assignments, collecting data, improving client relations and much more.

The cloud delivery lowers IT overhead by getting rid of hardware and software costs, as well as keeping staffing requirements to a minimum by transferring labor intensive tasks, such as taking payments, making payment arrangements and account resolution to WebAR.
