Call Recording Week in Review: NewVoiceMedia, ASC Technologies, Toshiba, Versadial

Lots of news coming out of the Call Recording industry this week. New offerings, improved solutions and partnerships all made headlines.

Investment firm, Crescent Wealth announced this week that it improved its customer service with the addition of NewVoiceMedia and its ContactWorld tool.

The move came along as the company noticed increasing business and needed to be able to keep up with demands. With the solution, Crescent had a full contact center hub system to handle the influx of customers. Tools like skills-based routing, click-to-dial, call recording and analytics tools now make pleasing customers a breeze.

Also this week, software company ASC Technologies announced it improved its call recording capabilities with the release of neo 5.0.

The latest version of its workforce optimization solution expands chat and video recording and offers advanced analytics for voice and screen info. In addition to chat recording support for Cisco, Microsoft and other well known platforms. There is also emotion detection trigger based keyword function and more.

Speaking of improving customer care, Toshiba ‘s Clarify Call Recording solution delivers  standard recording for users as well as options like archive and search for recorded calls  and an easy way to share and pass recording information along.

In more solution update news, Versadial Solutions announced it also updated its call recording software to keep up with the demands of today’s call centers.

Better call center management comes along with screen captures of agent screens. Version 4.7.1 of VSLogger call recording software has improved screen capture and a recording replication service for a mirror copy of recordings that can be sent to the server and accessed from anywhere.
